Typical lead times are 1-2 business days for Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu and Eldoret; 2-4 business days for other towns. Express overnight delivery is available on request.

Delivery is FREE for orders above KES 10,000 to all major towns. For orders below KES 10,000, a flat fee of KES 500-800 applies depending on your location. Heavy equipment (dental chairs, compressors) is quoted separately as it requires special handling.

Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu and Eldoret: 1-2 business days. Other major towns: 2-4 business days. Remote areas: 3-5 business days. We dispatch orders placed before 2:00 PM on the same day (Mon-Sat).
