All equipment comes with the manufacturer's standard warranty (typically 1-2 years). We coordinate warranty claims on your behalf. For installed equipment, we offer a free 6-month service visit and optional extended maintenance contracts thereafter.

Yes. For major equipment (dental chairs, compressors, X-ray units, autoclave/sterilisers), installation is included or quoted separately depending on location. We also provide hands-on training for your staff during the installation visit.

Call our after-sales support line and we will troubleshoot over the phone or WhatsApp. If the issue can't be resolved remotely, we dispatch a technician within 2-3 business days (Eldoret and Nairobi) or coordinate with the manufacturer's service network for other regions.
